Yeah, I called. It seems like every single month and they come out and there’s cobwebs still on the patio furniture and around the trash bins like I said I’ve called several times so I don’t know why I still use them but yeah, not the best.

Clark's team has been great to work with! They show up on time, have great communication, and provide excellent service.

Clark is consistently great. We have a recurring service arrangement and they are clean and careful and all of the critters are kept away. Our only small issue with them has been in the billing area - but they always cheerfully take care of any problems or concerns. I would highly recommend Clark to anyone for excellent pest control and clean work.

This is the worst pest control company that I've experienced, very nice people, but they don't know what they're doing. Normally I hire a pest control company to get rid of the ants and they're gone the next day. That was not the case here.They sent a novice to my property (easy to see) and eventually had to request a supervisor after weeks of paying for ant service with no relief. The service included spider treatment which included removing spider webs. An hour or so after each service I'd check the exterior of the house and there were spider webs everywhere. When I mentioned this to the service provider, he told me they only remove some of the spider webs, WHAT? I also hired them for Rodent control, I told them I didn't like poison as it would harm other animals but I was assured by the service provider that it would not harm other animals. The first month or so the rodent population actually grew, so I once again asked for a supervisor. They made an adjustment and the following month was mass death. The whole place smelled like dying animals it was horrendous, I've never seen anything like it. After that I canceled service immediately as I didn't enjoy being lied to and requested they come and get their poison boxes which they did. However they never reimbursed me for the boxes so I requested they deduct the amount paid for the boxes and deduct it off the final payment ( I was still going to pay for the last service can you believe). Not only have they not reimbursed me for the boxes but they're charging me for their gross miscalculation of poison which has had a serious impact on the environment and long lasting repercussions. I never leave bad reviews even when I should but in this case I must. I've since hired another company who will not use poison, they say it's terrible for other animals and I was lied to. Very upset...

Clark Pest Control is great at what they do, which is to keep the pests away. Their phone customer service is helpful and to the point. My technician in the field knows what he's doing AND he's a nice guy. If there is ever a problem in between service calls, there's no fuss. They just come.

Clark's technicians are always knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They may charge a little more than their competitors, but they are worth it. I highly recommend them to anybody who is concerned about ants, spiders, and rodents in and around your home.

We have had their service for 3 years, and no complaints. We had critters in our attic, I called Clarks and they sent our regular guy Eric to take a look and set some traps. He showed me where they entered the house, so we could fix it. He was right on time
