Really appreciated the knowledge that the treatments they use at Getem are safe for us, our kids, and our pooch! I’m really big on Customer Service and when you have a family-run locally-owned business that’s been around for over 100 years…it gives me great peace of mind! Go Getem!

He took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude. I just got my first spray today so time will tell the results but I just had to come leave a review immediately. My experience from booking all the way through the service was awesome. The technician was punctual and extremely helpful and informative. Not to mention thorough. I feel really confident in the work he did today and am glad I went with this company. 10/10 would recommend if you’re wanting to combat the critters that are so prevalent in the 757.

I’ve used Get ‘Em Pest Services for the better part of 25 years. They are locally owned and trustworthy. Today they were able to fit in an appointment within an hour an a half of my call for an emergency situation. They are good people and do all they can to serve and serve well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Technician Phillip Lee came to my home to inspect my upstairs storage area and attic to determine where rodents might be entering. He identified two entry points within minutes. Phillip called ahead to let me know he was on the way, and he was incredibly friendly and informative throughout the visit. He clearly explained the process before beginning his inspection, took photos of the entry points, and provided a detailed estimate for remediation. This was my first time using Gettem, and I’m already impressed!

My first time working with an exterminator. Great experience. My technician Phillip was very knowledgeable and sociable. He located and corrected my problem right away and didn't press me for any unneeded services and I got a free termite inspection. Quick response and very reasonable on pricing.

Sadly, another scam. I was told it would be $185 a year broken out monthly. They came for the initial inspection and charged my cc $185 . I called to ask why they charged the full amount and she advised that was for the Initial visit; and the month fee there after is $45. Total for the first year is $725. Needless to say, I canceled it. This must be why they didn’t have me sign a contract. Get it in writing. I do not like to be mislead!
