Tech Carter was had really good communication with me which I truly appreciated. He did a really good job would recommend requesting him as he actually took the time to ask questions and tell me the truth. Only reason I can’t give a 5* is due to things that were told to me when I first signed with the company. First was my main reason is because I had mice in my attic, so when I contacted the company I explained my situation and asked multiple times about going in the attic and clean up. So I was told that yes the tech would go up there and place bait trap and if rodent dies they would get it long as it visible and not stuck in a wall. So first technician comes out I tell him what was told he tells me he has no ladder etc but will get back with me try to get one never happened. O well it’s fine now no harm no foul. I requested a new tech who is Carter and he did explain that is not what they do cool can’t be mad at him since he not the person who lied to me when I signed up. Also 2nd reason is because I was told contract I have takes care of everything however Carter again was 100 with me and told me nope man not true. So I started seeing small roaches and told him and he said man you have to get a higher contract in order for us to take care of that. Long story short be honest in the beginning don’t have someone sign a year long contract and tell them everything is covered to find out a roach is not covered unless you pay more. Overall pretty satisfied besides the dead mice in my side door I have to trash even though I was told they take care of it and learning I have to pay extra for roaches even but ever other bug is covered.

Grant visited us today and was wonderful. He went above and beyond for us. He explained everything with great patience. I highly recommend him. Thank you to the company for their excellent service. 6 stars ⭐️

These guys are great! Every tech that has ever come out the the house has been extremely professional and friendly. Our most recent tech, Carter came out and got us taken care of and he was great. He answered questions and was very informative. I definitely recommend this company!

Grant did an awesome job today! He explained exactly what each treatment was that he provided and his follow-up after the service.

Service has been great! The tech even sent me a video of himself at my house showing me what all he did around the property. He even saw that my back gate had a small hole where my small dogs can get out of that I had blocked with a brick. He made sure to put that back for me! I’ve been very impressed with my service and everyone I’ve come in contact with!

I see all the great reviews, but unfortunately the service they been providing for my family has been poor & unprofessional. A salesman knocked on my door and sold us a plan after we told him we was okay because we had been treating our own home and had not seen any bugs. He told us that they would treat the yard and sold us all these dreams so we decided to give them a try. We asked if it was not to our liking could we cancel, he told us anytime so we agreed to it. They do not come when they suppose to come. You have to call them out multiple times, even when you call them, they still don’t show up. We are seeing more spiders in the house than ever and I have a baby and toddler that we are trying to keep safe. I call today to cancel just to find out they scammed us into doing a 12 month contract & to break the contract it would be $350. Now the company ignoring our phones calls. The salesman is a lier and got over on us. I can treat my own house and do a better job than they are for $70+ a month which I thought was already too pricey when they are only showing up once every two weeks and that doesn’t even treat anything other than bugs.

I greatly appreciate Carter’s professionalism, courteous personality and knowledge/explaining today’s service. AND he even put the covers on my outside water hydrants for me!! Thank you Carter. I would like Carter to perform future services if possible please and thank you EVO Pest Control!!
