DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR INSULATION. I received an insulation service from Griffin Pest Solutions last October. This was a first home purchase and I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and quality of work. I had a clean slate slate for them to work with. They proceeded to blow in insulation cover up the rafter vents without the placement of Rafter Baffles. After a personal inspection I called and they came back out and quickly put baffles without clearing insulation away from the vents and shoved the baffles into the insulation and stabled them. I'm pretty sure the baffles are upside down as well. After being ghosted from everyone in the company. I decided to reach out to the operations manager on linkedin. I too was ignored for quite a while but eventually got a call back from someone. This individual promised to get me on the schedule to come take a look and offered compensation but then proceeded to ghost me and the issue was never resolved or I was never properly compensated. I now have a ticking time bomb in my attic that had a new roof put on in the last year. I gave up contacting them. Choose another insulation company even if they are a little more expensive. You get what you pay for I guess.

John was great this afternoon from Griffin Pest Solutions! He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable! He took care of our maintenance needs; and, he also had some great suggestions that we could do ourselves to complement his services today! Thank you, John!

We have had Griffen Pest Company come out to our center for some time now, and each time they are professional, efficient and kind. I had a great experience this morning as I always do with one of their team members, he visited our center early in the morning and was extremely pleasant and friendly! He cracked jokes, shared some stories and overall just made my day! It was a great way to start my morning and I appreciated his kindness because in this day and time it’s not always easy to come by! I would recommend their services to whoever is in need.

Good service technicians but their billing is unfair and their customer service is stressful. I have been under contract for a price of $157 for services and they have increased this price to $170 without giving me any prior notice. I called multiple times to ask if this could be reduced, only to have them say they would "check with their manager" until they sent me to collections. I have called again and still cannot speak to their manager directly, but apparently they are saying they will reduce my FUTURE price to $163 but I still have to pay $170, even though this price was never discussed with me and I never received any notices or emails about price increases. I will never use them again; shame because their techs are so nice and helpful but this customer service is not worth my time and stress. And increasing prices without notice is something I can never support.

Man who came out was very nice and did a good job. He was here on time. I appreciated his explanations. Hopefully the wasp are gone now.

They totally suck, that's why my apartment building went with a different company. They were not consistent, didn't listen, dud what they wanted to, came when they felt like it and the problem seemed to worsen. I wouldn't refer them to a house that had a problem with one insect there by itself

He is playing things he was right on time he was really friendly and he seemed like he knows his job okay how do I send it and I think he did a great job
