Our apartment complex have partnered with this Real Pest Solutions for the last 3 years, and the difference has been incredible. Their team is always prompt, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. They communicate clearly with both management and residents, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The technicians are thorough during each visit—checking individual units. They take the time to explain what they’re doing and offer helpful tips for preventing future issues. It’s clear they genuinely care about keeping the community safe and comfortable. Since they’ve started servicing our complex, we’ve seen a major improvement. Issues that once took weeks to resolve are now handled quickly and professionally. The treatments are effective, and they always use products that are safe for residents, children, and pets. Overall, this company has brought a noticeable improvement to our living environment. I highly recommend this company. I recently purchased a property with a flee problem. Real Peat Control was competitively priced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Emily was fantastic!! She went out of her way to explain the process and her follow up was incredible throughout the process. She was great to work with!

We purchased a new home in January. We called many companies for quotes and found Real Pest Solutions to have the most competitive. They have been to our home 3 times and are always extremely professional. They always ask for any issues we may have and explaining their treatment that they are doing. Highly recommend!!

They will try to over charge you. I already had to pay an extra $200 for them to service our house on a Saturday, which I was fine with. I agreed for them to seal entry points, place snap traps, install exterior bait stations. I was told the one month follow up would be included in the $425, with Quarterly servicing of stations at $89 if signed for quarterly(I didn’t). Turns out they ended up sending me another bill for $100 saying it was for the follow up. Office manager was extremely rude. Will not use their services again.

We have been using Real Pest Solutions for the past 3 years and they do an outstanding job taking care of our facility. Professional, thorough and do a great job communicating before/during/after the appointment. Matter of fact, going to start using them on a personal level at my house!

Back in April 2025, I had termites & mites issue. Collin and his co-worker both came out quickly and did an excellent job after explaining thoroughly what will need to be done to contain those nasty bugs/insects! They did a great professional work and stopped the termites and mites issue quickly. I was very happy at that time and pleased with their job. These quarterly services and regular services.... Collin does a great job and very patience explaining to me any questions I have. He is willing to go far and beyond to help me with any questions. He is a very sweet young gentleman. I'm happy to know that he knows a little sign language since I am deaf!! Hopefully he will continue to practice to be able to communicate with more future deaf clients. He is a great worker!

Real Pest is the real deal! The entire team is super professional, incredibly nice and super communicative. I’ve had their services for several years and no plans of changing! Seriously the best in the city hands down!
