Our service is set up on a quarterly schedule, so we come out about once every three months to do your regular treatment. To make things easier, the cost is simply split into affordable monthly payments instead of charging the full amount all at once. The monthly payments do not apply to the discount reimbursement fee. Before nomo we had a lot of issues with all kinds of pests like mosquitos, fleas in the yard,flies and worst of all spiders getting into the house. After nomo we see a significant drop in all pest existence outside or inside our home. Would recommend to family and friends. Great price good service never had an issue. Even when you're not home you'll still get a good service.

This is an average bug spraying company. The few times I’ve had issues between services, I have schedule someone to come at no extra cost. They generally only spray outside but I have noticed a few spiders inside, so I asked if they’d be able to do the inside again. They said they would but would not schedule me with a window of time (they said they’d get there whenever they get there) so I’d have to be home all day to ensure they had access to get inside completed.

This is an awesome company, I just signed up & they have been here twice for treatments on their own. I have a year but I can tell you I will keep this going for a very long time! We love our backyard time with friends & family & grandkids. Stephan was very helpful & did a fantastic job! Thank you so much.

Our first session with these guys was very good however our second I actually asked them to reschedule because we wanted to be home when they came and they refused to reschedule and apparently our only coming to our area for one day for the month. On my view of my camera of my deck, they did not move anything to spray. They just sprayed around generally and then walked off and did around the house.. Which is why we wanted to be home so that we can move things and additionally have them spray the inside of our house, which is what we were paying for. The two days prior to them coming were extremely cold with 30° weather so we were not able to get this done which is part of also why we wanted to reschedule because we would be able to move some things off of our deck and give them more access accessibility .?Very disappointed that they’re not willing to work with or have flexibility with a paying customer.

Customer service is amazing. Had a lot of spider activity after a treatment. Called and without hesitation scheduled another treatment. Stephan came and was amazing. Especially since my son wouldnt stop following him around. Love that the treatments are safe around children and pets. The price is worth it.
