I have to give this place five stars. I don’t remember the owner’s name, but he was absolutely outstanding. I was dealing with a massive bee issue in my apartment and contacted property management. The owner made time to personally treat my unit, and he went above and beyond to make sure I could enjoy my home without the disruption. He sealed all entry points and treated the downstairs AC unit, which is where the bees were coming from. His service was exceptional, and when I returned home today, I didn’t see a single bee in sight. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but the owner of this company truly delivered.

I've always had a great experience with them. They're not the cheapest price in town, but they do a great job. I've been paying for the seasonal bee control package. They come twice per summer to spray around the house, and they will come treat individual nests quickly if bees do build one on property. The staff are some great people.

They helped us look for our cat who was spooked by them ariving and took 30 extra minutes out of their day to do so. They did the job quickly and efficiently at a good price! Couldn’t recommend them more, great first impression and experience

Great Experience with these guys. They came out and did a free assessment where a lot of others wanted to charge just for that. They explained the treatment option & had the best price. They were professional, on time, and effective. They worked around my schedule when I had to change some appointments and even bought new monitoring equipment to make sure that my problem was taken care of even though they didn't have to do that. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Great experience. Work is guaranteed. We had a yellow jacket problem that they took care of. We started to see a few come back at the end of the season and they came back out the next day, no questions asked. Very professional and responsive. I will use them again this year.

There is nothing sweet about finding you have a honey bee problem! The person who came out [Derek] was professional and efficiently took care of the issue. He was running a little late, but called to let me know. Obviously, treatment times are inexact, and he did arrive close to the original appointment time. He charged a little less than the estimate I was given on the phone because the job was a bit easier than anticipated, which was a nice surprise. The work is warranted for a year so I feel that I can safely say that the problem is resolved.
