We recently had our home tented for termites, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The team at Pacific Termite and Pest Control was on top of everything. Their communication (esp Kandy) was fast and clear, and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. The actual tenting was completed quicker than we expected, and we were able to return to our home in a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, we’re very pleased with their service and would highly recommend them.

We’ve been using Pacific Coast Termite for a few years now for annual termite inspections and rodent (rats!) control. No issues on the termite side—they’re responsive, thorough, and quick to come out if we think we’re seeing activity between annual visits. We also hired them to deal with rats in the attic. They inspected the house, sealed the entry points, set traps, and came back several times to check on things. But after our handyman found a fourth dead rat—after Pacific Coast had already declared us rat-free—I used our warranty and asked for a reinspection. They came out right away. Turns out the previous inspector hadn’t done the job correctly, so the supervisor stepped in, handled everything, and reinspected the entire property. Since then, we’ve been rat-free. Pacific Coast's pricing is fair, and they do make things right when something slips through. One thing I’d love for them to update: the payment process. They’re still mailing paper invoices where you write down your credit card number or send a check—or you call and read your card number over the phone. It’s 2025. Please give customers an online payment option. Overall, we’ll continue using them. They’re solid—and they stand behind their work.

Tech was awesome, Linda and her team did an awesome job and explained everything, after job was done Alina called rudely and told me that our plan was not approved after confirming more than once prior to starting the project and that they would be collecting the full amount. Incredible to have the manager state that that was correct, I do not know what kind of business does that but I have a contract and that is what I was told. I trusted this company and the inspector Anthony and that is why we chose them . But this is not how a company should operate. If I would have known I would have held off as we just had a death in the family. ..

We've used Pacific Coast Termites for several years and have always received great service. Miguel recently did our annual inspection and did an incredibly thorough job, and was very helpful pointing out areas that had other non-termite problems.

We just got our yearly inspection done on the house performed by Tony. He did an excellent job thoroughly checking the house, as well as explain in detail the process. He showed us all the water damage spot as well. Overall very satisfied with our inspection thanks to Tony. Would definitely recommend him again for any jobs.

Sam and Anthony came by and fixed my indoor windowsill where the nightmare of termites were coming in! They were professional and courteous and an outstanding job! Highly recommend

We just had an outstanding experience with Pacific Coast Termite, Orange, CA. First has a very thorough and extensive inspection by Blake. Six days later Samuel and his crew showed up right on time and began working. We had noticeable damage in two attics and storeroom, as well as damage in cupboards dining room, pantry and kitchen. Samuel took extra time to pull out a counter height fridge, and found the source of the interior damage. Within 10 minutes of treatment there was no sign of termites. Both Blake and Samuel took time to "educate" is on termites which was very helpful. We have a monthly pest control (who we will be replacing) who quoted us $12K to tent the house one year ago. We let it go and had them inspect again this year and the quote went to $38K! Samuel and crew were careful to take caution while in the house, covering carpet, stairs, and counter tops with plastic. Just an all around good experience. Love the two-year warranty and will continue with the annual warranty upon expiration. It's transferable too! Highly recommend PCT Orange!
