I moved to Orlando just about four years ago and was unfamiliar with how to properly protect my home. They did an amazing job Of explaining everything in detail of how to best protect my home. Since using their services, I have had zero issues and I believe that is due to the technician that provides the service at my home. That technician is Amanda. She does an amazing job. You can see that she is very dedicated and focuses professionally on her job every visit she meets with me to see if there are any issues that have risen since the last time she was there, we have an extensive amount of landscaping which is very important to us and she takes care around. All our plans has not to cause any damage to them. She is very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough and all that she does. She is a true asset to the company

I have had Massey in the past, and while they did a decent job for me some years ago, I wanted to take a minute to put into words my gratitude for the amazing Technician we were blessed with roughly a year ago. Mr. Barry is an amazing guy and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has helped resolve issues for us at our facility and additionally, is constantly lifting our teams spirits, with his pleasant and kind demeanor! Thanks Barry! Massey, thank you for having exceptional team members like Barry!

When we purchased our home in 2019, we were so excited to also partner with Massey to help keep our curb appeal up to par. Three years later, our lawn is one of the worst in the neighborhood. Massey has always treated our lawn from day one with their products. When my husband wanted to leave, I kept saying give them a chance. Now, I can no longer say give them a chance. After requesting service in September 3rd, I have not received even a call back. On September 12, called and asked to speak to the manager….no response. The lack of customer service is unbelievable! We have paid for the service of keeping our lawn bug insect and weed free. Sadly , they do not. Our lawn has had sod web worms and chinch bugs all while having Massey service our lawn under contract. It seems customary to blame the customer for it. As we were told we are not watering the lawn. The pictures that I have shared is current when we have had rain on a daily basis. It's never their fault. I read on their website that they believe in: ❎Above all, we are committed to TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.——As a customer they have a LOTS of work to get there! We are totally unsatisfied! ❎We value OUR COMPANY’S IMAGE. The public perception of our team members, vehicles, equipment, and materials is essential to our success. —The sign in my lawn and the condition of my lawn is exactly the image of the company. ❎We believe in building LONG-TERM, TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS with Customers and Team Members. ❎We value TRUTH and INTEGRITY. Never compromise! Be consistent and fair. The bottom line is you should not have chinch bugs in your lawn when you pay good money to keep them out. As sad as it is…my finally piece of advice is….Beware of Massey. Their level of commitment and customer service to their customers means nothing.

Barry has been the best technician we have ever had at the property. He is knowledgeable and helps us get rid of any issue quickly. He does great follow ups and keeps us updated on progress. He is also very professional, kind, and funny! We adore him and feel lucky to have him as our tech.

I've been a customer of Massey Services since April 2023. During that time I have received extraordinary customer service from Tina. Each and every time that I have called to address pest related issues, scheduling of service, payment of invoices and general questions, Tina has always been very helpful and pleasant. Tina recently transferred to the Windermere Office. I prefer to call her for any of my Massey Services needs. Tina is a valuable asset to Massey Services. Please recognize her. Thank you. Signed up with Massey almost 2.5 months ago for pest control after they promised to treat all issues we asked for. First technician came - said she is not the regular technician and whatever we were told about the issues with bugs is not true and some of these bugs cannot be treated. She left without putting any bait and told us that she cannot treat our patio. Contacted corporate office via email three times - either treat or asked them for refund. Reply was that local representative will reach out and it’s 2 months now no calls. Hence we asked for refund but never received. So we called to reinstate the service with another technician- scheduled for a Friday no one came . When asked Lauren says technician came on Wednesday, when requested to talk to manager Tina said service was done on Tuesday according to their GPS. We checked the cameras and no one came on any of these days.. asked them refund again no reply. Tina then scheduled service for one more time on a Friday. I asked for confirmation email which they agreed to. No email as of now !! PLEASE BE AWARE NOT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THE CORPORATE DOES NOTHING TO ADDRESS ANY ISSUE OR WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND AFTER MULTIPLE EMAILS.
