Fantastic service from a very kind, respectful and determined exterminator.! Dave donned his bee suit and put my mind at ease, terminating a very large and angry nest of yellow jackets. He even sacrificed himself, being stung 3 times (one on the tip of his nose!). Very happy we did not try and do this ourselves! Thrilled with his annihilation tactics!

On time, courteous, friendly, came up with a plan, explained for approval. A tricky place to treat as it is right next to my koi pond. He came up with a plan that was best for the health of my fish as well. Thanks Collyn!!!

I highly recommend the services of Augustine Exterminators! They are a very knowledgeable, caring, friendly company. When scheduling they try hard to work with your schedule. My household tried taking care of these services ourselves for a while but realized how good Augustine is! There was a huge difference. (They keep in mind the safety of children and pets and are always professional! Thank you Sam! I would recommend his services to all!

Excellent response time was the first impressive fact. Dave the serviceman was thorough and he spent the necessary time required to accomplish eradicating and removing the hornets nests to my satisfaction. A few hours later there was absolutely no activity detected. Dave was patient and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I'd been stung multiple times 12 days ago so getting this done right was essential. Mary also was considerate and great to work with. Great job. I would definitely hire them again.

Very professional and communicative. Gave us a thorough explanation of what we needed to do and not do after treatment to make it most effective. Price was very reasonable for the length of time it took to complete. Best experience I’ve ever had with an exterminator.

Easy to work with, friendly and not pushy or sales-forward like other pest control services I have worked with in the past. They promote appropriate solutions to resolve issues giving honest feedback and suggestions(we had a mouse problem at a rental home). Augustine Exterminators are so nice and extremely professional, very easy to deal with. Made me feel very comfortable. No high pressure sales tactics. My first call, Mary answered. She was so pleasant to to talk with. I explained my concerns, scheduled my appointment for the very next day, wasn't offered any sales pitch that you would get from some big corporate company. Representative Dion came out on time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and so nice. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and offer suggestions. Mary and Dion made me feel like family. It was an easy discussion I had found the right company/ family to work with. Pricing and pest control procedures were exactly what our family was looking for.
