Terrific family business. The people here are incredibly helpful. Most thorough extermination ever. All of your questions answered. My landlord paid, but I understand that the rates are very reasonable. In fact, I got my LL to switch to Hill & Sons for our weekly exterminations!

I normally don't write a review, I feel like most people say this until they feel compelled to write one because the service was so good!. Wow, I can't say enough about their services. True professionals and experts at what they do. From the initial scheduling with the receptionist to the service by technician. I had a mouse problem in my 2 story property and my technician not only set mouth traps but helped seal holes throughout the entire apartment all the while educating me about additional steps I can take to eliminate a reoccurrence of infestation. Within a week I saw a drastic improvement and their service offered a free follow-up within two weeks. On the follow-up service, the technician Soto came, but the son of the Business owner (Nick) came as well to personally inspect and oversee the job that was done. I said before, professional through and through. As a bonus, they did a sweep of the other floors for free! I will do yearly maintenance services with them just to stay on top of things. Try them! you will not regret it! FYI I wrote the same review on Yelp.

I called them for my mothers house & spoke with Diana, she was very kind & understanding of my mothers situation even as my mom had anxiety attacks in the background. When she explained the steps we would have to take to prepare my mother went berzerk that's when Cecilia stepped in & offered to speak with my mom & she explained the procedure to her with such a calm demeanor that my mom calmed down & so we hired them. After two services the bed bugs were gone, they gave us a third service for good measure & it has been 2 months now since we have seen a bed bug. They are friendly, compassionate & get the job done!

Bed Bug King (Hill & Sons Pest Management) is so conscientious and caring. My roommates and I were dealing with nightmarish landlords: even after multiple inspections and confirmations of bed bugs, the owners of our building were still resisting treatment. They even booked Bed Bug King and then refused to let them continue for no good reason. Bed Bug King would have been well within their rights to step away from the whole ridiculous situation. But Nicolas, Cecilia, and Wendy were so diligent and compassionate in the way they advocated for us and empowered us with information. They all worked with us and our landlords to get our home treated and fought for us when we were unlikely to get it. Nicolas and Jonathan both came to our home to do treatments, and they gave us thorough instructions and answered tons of questions. They even offered to prepare the Nuvon strips we purchased, which was a big help. Anyone looking for a company that will treat them like human beings, answer the phone, go out of their way to be available, all while being a professional and knowledgeable presence during a difficult time should ABSOLUTELY go with Bed Bug King. Thank you guys so much for everything you did for us! We are so grateful.

They send out a terrible, unprofessional technician. He doesn't want to do anything. If you find another company it is worth the money you paid. Edit: First of all, the service I receive from you is paid by the homeowner. As I mentioned before, your technican is unprofessional and does not provide good service. The issue I am talking about is about your employee.
