Exxel Termite

Exxel termite is a joke, waste your time somewhere else. They subcontract most of the work anyways, which they don’t tell you, and then leave you to coordinate with their subcontractors when they don’t arrange any of the work properly. They consistently promise follow up that they will call you or send you emails or photos of the work, and consistently fail to do so. This happened 6 or 7 times to us and the job took more than twice as long as they told us with the quote. They half-assed our $6k job, and then threatened us with a lien on our property. Most of all, their office staff is terrible, especially Nadia. Even if their crew in the field is tolerable, it is impossible to get anything done because they don’t answer the phone and are consistently late on everything. If you want to make purchasing a home or dealing with an infestation twice as stressful, make sure to call Exxel Termite! -100/10 Edit in response to Exxel’s reply: I am Casey, the husband. And based on the MANY 1 star reviews that share my sentiment, I highly doubt I’m the first person to ask for a discount after you half-assed their job.

Exxel Termite Co failed at every basic element of customer service and reliability. They cancelled the service on the day of the appointment, leaving me scrambling to adjust my schedule and property access. Afterward, I emailed and called multiple times to request information and clarification about the service that was supposed to occur—no response. Instead of addressing my questions or providing documentation, the company escalated by threatening to place a lien on my property. That was both alarming and inappropriate given their lack of communication and the same-day cancellation. Homeowners deserve transparency, timely responses, and dependable scheduling. I experienced none of that here. Based on this, I cannot recommend Exxel Termite Co. Look for a provider that values professionalism, clear documentation, and basic respect for customers’ time.
