A raccoon had gotten into our roof and was causing lots of noise and distress. After two failed attempts by other companies to treat the issue, Next Generation responded to my request within 24 hours. They were completely transparent with the process and very reasonable pricing prior to coming out which was much appreciated. We have squirrel issues every year and for the most part were able to repair it ourselves - but the squirrels always came back! this year our squirrel issue was even worse. I found Next Generation online and they had excellent reviews. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The team sealed all of the entry points, put a temporary one-way door on one of them, and once all the squirrels were gone from our attic they returned and sealed the final entry point. We were hearing something in our ceiling and every other company told us it was either mice or rats but after explaining the situation to Damien Jr he automatically said that it was squirrels and he was correct. Very professional, informative, and out of all the companies I called the price was fair but most of all they got the job done.
