I’m so impressed with BayPest. They have gone above and beyond for my mice issues. Josh is an amazing technician and so professional. He always finds where the mice are getting in through such careful checking the perimeter. He has found every opening and addressed it very successfully. The owner of this company Bob Keefer is a great owner and responded to my texts about a bat in my house.. I was surprised the owner was so approachable. I definitely found a great company as they also did my house tenting for termites! I have been with 3 other companies but this company Baypest is definitely a cut above all the rest.

Huge ant problem before starting service with Bay Pest Solution. Zero ants since - probably 4 years or so. We use their quarterly service. Technician is knowledgeable, kind, takes feedback, answers questions and goes out of his way to do a great job.

I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with this company. We initially worked with them on a rodent exclusion service when we purchased our home three years ago, and have continued with monthly mice/rat/gopher/bug/web maintenance. From the owners, to administrators and service teams, every single person I've interacted with at the company has been friendly, accommodating, and completely personalized in their knowledge of our property and attention to ongoing concerns.

I found Bay Pest through my friend who is a portfolio manager for a management company. She forwarded Brian Keefs contact and he was an absolute lifesaver! I had a pest inspection scheduled for today from a different company and met a few other unreliable pest companies along the line which was extremely frustrating. Brian was able to coordinate and handle the job same day which I wasn’t expecting but so do appreciate. He is very professional and the service was quick and easy. Ricky came over and did a full inspection for our house and did an amazing job. My wife and I felt that he was not only thorough, but treated our home with respect, was both professional and really connected with us and listened to our concerns. We are still making decisions on what we need to do, but Ricky offered a couple of different options and gave us all the information we need! Ricky was exceptionally helpful. He immediately identified the reason subterranean termites had infested a wood column in front of our house, explained the best way to address the problem, and advised me on the best long-term approach to all termite threats. He was personable, professional and explained everything clearly and fully.

Javan, the technician, arrived within the appointment window. He was friendly and professional. He told me what he would be doing and asked if I had any questions. When he was finished, he knocked on the door and told me what he had done, that he had sprayed the perimeter of the house, the porch, and deck. He said he found a trail of ants from the backyard to the sidewalk in front and had set gel traps, and he also swept down the spider webs on the outside of the house. I am glad I called Bay Pest Solution!
