Dakota is the best pest control guy for the Job. I had a mother raccoon and 4 babies and not only did he Catch all them . He gave Me great Customer service. I reached out to Michael who was also Very pleasant and very Customer service friendly, and He was very open and honest about what’s gonna transpire and how the job was gonna get done. They gave me nothing but great customer service and I would definitely definitely recommend to ask for Dakota for all your Pest Control needs. . Their employees are very kind and informative, their services are done well and on a timely matter. Their technology is up to date and easy. The only thing I don't love is they feel a bit sales-like, they try to push you on signing up quickly and on long-term contracts. The good part in it all is that they're prices are reasonable from what I've found and they honored the prices of the last owner, so all-in-all, a quality company.

First service with Petri Pest Control and it was awesome! My tech, Pablo, was amazing and provided me with so much great information and guidance. Happy to have joined with them and much better quality of service compared to the other provider I had for 8 years.

Acquiring information on services provided was easy. Since we had an issue with occasional roaches, for first service we were told to have all kitchen cabinets empty. We complied. Although the serviceman was very cordial, we were surprised that he was in and out in 1/2 hour. He applied chemical in the kitchen cabinets, wiped down our lanai from spider webs, and put granules around the exterior. He left saying he’d be back in 2 weeks, and it would be better for him if cabinets were still empty. Initial estimate was $325 for 3 visits and $44 per month thereafter. But, we noticed interior areas of the house not serviced like the bathrooms or the garage. We called the office about our concerns because we signed a contract. We hope the next time is better.

My experience with Pest Depot’s tent fumigation was overall stressful, as I had to stay on top of the process to make sure things got done properly. Communication could have been better, and it took some persistence to get the results I expected. The team was late one day due to weather-related issues, which added to the frustration. However, Larry, the owner, stepped in personally and handled things in an honorable and professional way. He took responsibility and made things right in the end, which I truly appreciated. While the process wasn’t smooth, I give credit where it’s due — Larry’s integrity and willingness to make things right made a big difference.

Petri Pest Control Services has transformed my lawn to one of the nicest in my neighborhood. They call to remind me when they are coming. My serviceman, Damian is so thoughtful and caring about his service. He calls to let me know when he will be to my house. Such great customer service!
