Absolutely Outstanding Service! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a pest control service. Pat was exceptional — not only thorough and professional, but also took the time to explain everything in detail. I even learned about banana spiders and how beneficial they are! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommend!

Romex did an amazing job! Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure every area of concern was treated. I really appreciated his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Since the service, I haven’t seen a single pest. Troy was very polite and professional. Romex came and treated our yard last week, and shortly after we had an hour of heavy rainfall. It washed all outdoor spray and granules. A couple of days later, my husband mowed the lawn and dozens of earwigs crawled onto my back porch. I contacted Romex, and they promptly retreated our yard. The verdict is out. I will wait to see if this treatment stops the earwigs.

I have tried calling these people several times to log a concern about the unsafe and erratic driving of one of their trucks. The time I did get someone, she didn’t care at all about this issue. I cannot find any way on their website to email about this either. This person was speeding through the school zones, there are two, on Teel pkwy, north of panther creek, in Frisco. At least 45 mph, when it’s posted 20 mph. This was just after 4pm yesterday. He was weaving in and out of both lanes and driving very dangerously. Truck #57, lic plate #24C-460 (OK). Maybe someone who cares will see this and take account for this behavior. Putting kids at risk is completely unacceptable.

We’ve had less pests inside since using Romex so I guess it works! Ethan R performed our routine pest control service today. He was communicative, punctual and informative. He let me know any issues and things to look out for in the next few winters months. Much appreciated.

I have used Romex for years now and I never see anything concerning around my house. I live out in the country and I know neighbors have had concerns with spiders and scorpions. Romex has been very helpful at keeping my nerves about bugs at bay. Today, Ethan R answered all of my questions and sprayed both inside and outside my house. He was kind and professional.

Today I had Ethan R come out to treat my yards. He is so friendly and personable. He was quick and efficient and went above and beyond to help me in treating our yards to make sure the flea problem that we have had this summer is all taken care of.
