Rambo Total Pest Control

We love the Rambo team! We live on the backside of a field covered in brambles—basically the perfect hideout for pests. As soon as we noticed signs of rats, Rambo responded quickly and had someone out in less than a day. Since then, we’ve signed up for their quarterly service, and it’s taken care of all our rat and ant issues. Matt and Ed, our technicians, are fantastic—always friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Tori and Sam in the office are just as great—super responsive and helpful whenever we call. Everyone we’ve interacted with has made us feel well taken care of. They always take the time to answer our questions, which gives us real confidence in their expertise. Highly recommend!

We have been with Rambo for a few years now with no complaints. From the customer service on the phone to the technicians, they are all so kind and thorough in their work. We had Jeremy most recently as our tech and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and really took his time to be helpful.

John from Rambo came to the house within hours of when I made a call to the company, needing service outside of my normal plan. He was super nice, super prepared, and super efficient. He also remembered details of a conversation we had from our last visit, and we shared our common interest in our local sports teams. He sees a lot of people in his work and I thought it was amazing that he remembered, asked specific questions and was interested in my response and getting updates.

Our technician today was Alex N. from Rambo Pest Control services fom ants that have been entering our home. He did such a professional and thorough job today and we are happy he will be our technician taking care of us now and in the future. We highly recommend Alex and Rambo. Alex always made sure all of our questions were answered and we felt comfortable about the treatment plan and what to expect. I added two pictures, the first is initial treatment and shows why we needed Alex. The second picture is after treatment. So pleased with the results!

We have been with Rambo for quite a few years now. Quite often new pest companies arrive at our door, trying to get us to change. We have never wavered from Rambo, nor will we because their service is exceptional. Our technician Blake is awesome! We are on a quarterly service to keep our odorous ants under control. Blake goes above and beyond our expectations. He is friendly , kind and has genuine concern of how we are doing. Our two golden retrievers are always excited to see him as well! We fought those awful ants for years until Rambo took over the problem for us! Thank you Rambo and Blake for your exceptional service!

Rambo has been taking care of my pest problems for 14 years during which I have never had a problem. If something came up, like the rat problems several years ago, they were out here within 24 hours. Cody has been my service person for quite a while now. Always friendly always knows his bugs and insects and critters. Always does a great job. Highly recommend him.

With employees like Marcia, it’s easy to see why Rambo Total Pest Control was voted a 2025 Winner of the Best of Pierce County by the News Tribune. Marcia is knowledgeable, provides excellent service and goes out of her way to answer questions. I’ve used several pest control companies over the years. Rambo is without a doubt the best.
