They sent us an email claiming that our warranty was about to expire. Problem is we have no record of them ever coming to our home in the first place. If they can prove to me that this isn't a scamming way of doing business and can show me proof of coming to my home I will let them come back and service our home. I will also remove this review.

We've been with Prevented now Northwest Exterminating for almost 20 years now since we've moved into our home.
