They also shared additional information regarding mulch, bugs, water holding outside, where bugs may be entering etc. I like the quarterly inspection and that I can discontinue at anytime. Also, they will come out in between quarters to spray.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Three times I called them to come out to take care of a wasp nest. Each time I was "guaranteed" that the technician would show up within a certain time frame. Three times no one showed up. It mystifies me how they can stay in business. I'm cancelling my termite service. Ridiculous.

I have used Arrow for many years. They are very thorough with their inspections. The technicians are very personable, polite and professional. They always clearly explain the services done that day and I have not had any issues with pests since using them. If I see some ants by my kitchen sink (which sometimes happens in the summer) I give them a call and someone comes to my home quickly to treat the problem. I would highly recommended them!

Great team from the initial call to the on-site consult and treatment. Very fair pricing and range of services that has already made our home with 6 dogs a much better place. We selected Arrow because it looks like they are environmentally friendly and safe for our dogs - I think all the people there are pet owners which made me also feel good about the decision. I like how well they have communicated and been on time as well. Good folks.

The quality of customer service is outstanding. The techs are at my house exactly when they are scheduled every time. Making appointments is super easy. We have quarterly service. I’ve only had one issue in my house with bugs and someone came almost immediately to take care of it. It was covered in my plan. I highly recommend Arrow Exterminators.

PLEASE be very, very careful with this company! They just left our home, claimed they explained on my first phone call they would be coming out to do my treatment! NO! That is not what happened! I ask for an estimate as my husband and I were getting 3 estimates from different exterminating companies to see which company would work for our needs. How do you hire a company when they have never been to your home and you are not sure of their policies & procedures? We run an Airbnb, so scheduling would have needed to be discussed as well as their terms! Although the guy who came today said when I missed my first appointment due to a family emergency an estimator came with him BUT not this trip!!! Like what?!??!

Charlie who works for Arrow is the best. He is always ready to help and aims to please. He goes above and beyond, and has so much knowledge. I cannot recommend him and Arrow enough.
