I had a very horrible experience with this company. Very deceptive. They tell you one thing and do another. I called several times for clarification but one agent will tell me one thing only for the next agent to contradict it. They supposedly offer a yard treatment service that is supposed to include fleas, ticks, fire ants, yellow jackets, hornets AND other lawn infesting pests for $150 but when they come out they only treat for fire ants and nothing for others. Importantly they claim to have treated the whole yard but you clearly see they did not treat all fire ant mounds. I called to complain to the staff and even the supervisor is rude, unapologetic of the incomplete service and unwilling to remedy the situation. I came to find out their quote is actually deceptive- they will charge you $150 for each separate pest. That is $150 for fleas, another $150 for ticks, another $150 for fire ants and so on. Never using this company again. Horrible experience. Highly do not recommend it. If can give them a negative rating on transparency I would. Complete waste of money. Horrible customer service. Should not be in business.

We’ve been using Custom Termite & Pest for 7 plus years and love them. Ed is the absolute best! He’s so personable he comes in and is patient with our dog and small child. He truly cares and it shows!

Used their service to get rid of ants but the ants are still here after 7 days. Company Doesn't stand behind their work if you don't have their monthly "service". I would not recommend this company nor would I ever use them again. Complete waste of money. I also didn't appreciate the comment "go ahead and write a yelp review, we been here 20 years, ur review isn't going to do anything" Ur right, it probably wont. But its flippant comments like that that make a person go out of their way to tell people in their community NOT to use this service.

You will never find a more honest, reliable, trustworthy family owned company around. Always offering suggestions and they work with you as the homeowner to do what's best for you and your pets. I can't say or recommend this company enough. 5 star and was recommended by my realtor. Ed is who comes to my house in Harnett County and he is fabulous. Thanks guys for excellent service. Ladies in the office are great as well. Keep rocking.

I have used Custom Termite & Pest for 17 years, hiring them initially at the recommendation of my Realtor. They are always on time (usually early), accommodating, and very courteous. When they have had the opportunity to charge me for something, they frequent tell me another approach to save me money or, tell me the treatment is working better than projected, so I can wait another couple of years to renew. I'm very happy with them, have never had a cause to complain.

Impressive and Dependable are the words I use to describe Custom Termite and Pest Control Inc. Lee Barr was on time, performed his inspection, and informed me everything I needed to know. Andrew, the service technician, was on time for the treatment process, courteous, and professional. I recommend this company to anyone who may need a reliable, friendly, dependable Pest Control Company!! You, also, will be pleased and satisfied with a job well done:)

Ed has serviced several of our homes for several years and is absolutely awesome! The company now services my parent's home also with the same excellent service as expected. It is truly a pleasure working with these great folks and prices are very reasonable.
