JD was quick efficient and thorough! Highly recommend! EDIT: we had some more wasps than usual so we called pest haven and they came out within 24 hours. Cade was so friendly and informative. I love that I can call them whenever - and they’ll send someone out to retreat and/or scope the area.

One moment I’m desperately searching for a pest service and the next, I’m shaking hands with the delightful and knowledgeable Isaac from Haven Pest solutions. Isaac and the team at Haven were so considerate and kind the whole way through. All of our concerns were taken seriously and met with excellant explanations and kindness. Our pets safety was a big concern and Isaac was very kind to explain the process and how to stay safe. Super thrilled to be a Haven customer; the insect-a-ggedon emergency in my garage is in the best hands. 10/10 service start to finish!

Chris was a great help setting up a rodent extermination system and answering all my questions on how to prevent and spot different signs of pest activity. He explained all the prevention measures and was very informative. The response time was extremely quick. It ain’t cheap but honestly it’s worth the peace of mind to just have experts deal with this mess so I don’t have to fight the rat wars myself. AND I’m glad that the poison used will not cause secondary poisoning.

Jack did a great job today inspecting the rodent traps. We are very pleased with our service. We appreciate the good work Cade and Eduardo did to take care of our pest problems! In addition, Chris did a great job in our home inspection and helping us get our service set up.

Issac was so awesome and so helpful. Very informative and considerate. He gave us lots of information, took care of our wasp problem and really great. We will definitely call back if we need help again. Highly recommend them!

JD was great - He came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the many aspects of pest control. He was thorough in checking out the issues we had discussed and flexible to tackle our home in the order we preferred. He’s honest and trustworthy — and discovered our prior technician had made some safety errors. Great experience.
