First time using Bug Tech and had a great experience! Joseph was super friendly, on time, and really thorough. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommend!

Worked with Shakil- a very down to earth guy and patient enough to explain things to you in layman's terms. I had a problem with termites and he suggested we do 2 treatments one on the outside and one on the inside. Grandma was concerned about the termite treatment with the grandkids inside and Shakil and Chris assured us that once its applied and given time to dry, it is completely safe. Shakil was very understanding and allowed us to schedule a secondary date when the kids weren't around to apply the second treatment. Fast forward to a couple of weeks before the visit for the 2nd treatment and my parents' house had a wasp nest right by the front door awning! My mother was stung on the head and I called Shakil immediately to see if they could help. My parents are in their late 70s and who knows how wasp stings might affect them and send them to anaphylactic shock with all the medication in their system. He sent Alex over who was a completely pro and sprayed it, knocked it down and cleaned it all up in time for me to make my conference call for work. Finally today, Shakil came back for the second treatment, and was great. Got everything done as we discussed and did everything himself. I would recommend Shakil and company to anyone who like myself don't know enough about bugs to be able to handle it myself but need it taken care of by folks that know what they are doing and are accommodating to the needs of the customer. I don't often give 5 star reviews, but this was outstanding 5 star work. No shill, verified paid!

I recently had Alex the tech service my home he was very professional and thorough I was very impressed when he pulled out the stove and patched up several holes through out my house he also placed poison on each floor. I was very pleased with the service so I referred a colleague.

I just had Alexander service our home. Such a polite, easy-going gentleman. Very thorough. He put bait in the traps and left other covered traps in other areas. Highly recommend him and the company.

I had called them for cockroaches in my apartment. After The first visit killed many of them but I had to call them again after two weeks and then it got a bit more better after 2nd visit. But now after about a month from initial visit, I still see a few of them roaming in the kitchen. Customer service is good, technicians are respectful and nice. But I was hoping for no cockroach. Still I would recommend them.

He took his time to find all entry points of the mouse and made sure to block them as well as leave traps behind for the mouses.
