We have been using Pest USA for about 10 or so years now. Customer service is absolutely amazing. The technicians have always been extremely nice and professional. Huge shoutout to our tech Leon! One of the nicest people on the planet. Strongly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with Elliott’s service. He listens. He is patient with efforts to explain issues. He was eager to help me with the wasp problem and recommended additional service for gutters. Pest USA has a valuable employee who ought to be acknowledged and rewarded. Don’t lose him!

Elliot is my tech and he is AMAZING! Any bug issue and he has the answer AND takes care of it...those pesky spider webs. He's very knowledgeable and has educated me about prevention and other random facts that are beneficial.

I’ve been a Pest USA customer since 2018. I’m always impressed by the customer service and the quality of service. My latest service technician, Elliot Harris is awesome. He’s personable and professional. He also tolerates my little barking dogs so well. I also appreciate that he will explain the seasonality and types of pests that he will provide extra focus on when needed. My termite inspector is also wonderful. I don’t know his name because I only get to interact with him once a year. Whenever I see him, he’s always got a smile on his face and leaves detailed write ups on the service provided. Some neighbors have switched to save a little money, but I feel the costs is fair and even if they are priced a little higher, I don’t want to skimp on pest control and the quality of service provided. Cameron is super helpful and always a pleasant experience for my termite inspection.

Our tech Leon is excellent! Very considerate and knowledgeable. He took care of several pest problems for us using a variety of methods and we are very pleased!

Truly appreciate Team Pest USA. Have been using them for years and they never disappoint. If you see an issue after your scheduled service they’ll come back out and address the problem. I also appreciate that you have a technician assigned to you so they become familiar with your home and specific needs.
