AJ came out on time and was very helpful! He answered all my questions and left me feeling very relieved that my problem is fixable. I thought I was in real trouble but he's gonna make everything right, safe and healthy for my family! Very grateful for this company and especially AJ!

Very satisfied with the monthly service we receive, I'm always informed of any changes of the inspection. Employee always speaks with me in regards to concerns or if I notice any activity of any insects. He's always very informative.

Mr. Alvarez does an impeccable job. He always comes and goes with a smile. He is professional and frequently checks in for any feedback and makes sure the job is done.

The employee Mr. Lee that comes to do the job does an excellent job is very thorough while working to make sure he doesn't miss anything inside or outside also. if something needs to be done he makes sure to replace it that same day if he has the tools or supplies for the job. And I also like how he lets us know before he leaves if there's something that needed to be done that day but didn't have the tools or supplies for the job that day and let us know the next time he comes back he'll bring the tools or supplies that he needed for the job to be done. Overall very happy with the services and I like how he keeps us in the loop of what was done or what needs to be done next time.

Service technician, Ernie, does an incredible job across my multiple locations! Very thorough and communicative, and doesn’t miss anything. He also does a great job sharing best practices and tips to help my teams.

Brandon with Western Exterminator showed exceptional customer service. He called the day before the appointment to confirm and then offered to come out immediately as he was in my area and had the extra time. This worked very well for me. Brandon was respectful of my home and wore shoe covers while inside my home. Brandon was courteous and considerate. I use Western Exterminator because they have an excellent product, and their staff are professional and very accommodating.
