Huge shoutout to our senior technician Alfredo from Orkin in San Antonio. As first-time homeowners, my wife and I had a ton of questions and concerns about pest control in a newly built home, and Alfonso absolutely delivered. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough—explaining everything in simple, clear terms that made us both feel confident about the treatment plan moving forward. You could tell he really knows his craft and takes pride in helping families protect their homes. We’re extremely happy Orkin was our first call. Highly recommend Alfonso and the whole Orkin team!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal Pest Control Service! I can’t say enough good things about this pest control company! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely phenomenal. The technician arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They inspected every corner of my property, identified the issue quickly, and treated it thoroughly. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and the fact that they didn’t rush the job—they genuinely cared about solving the problem completely. Their customer service is top-notch, pricing is fair, and the results speak for themselves. If you’re looking for reliable, professional, and effective pest control, this is the company to call. Service is always great! Always on time and friendly. The only qualms that I have is that when they make an appt they don’t contact you to see what works well for the customer, they just send you an appt date. I got a text on Halloween at 6:15pm letting me know that they will be here on Monday and they didn’t even give an estimated time frame. That is not enough sufficient time to tell my job. I’m already home for several hours by the time I got the text. I had to call and leave a voice mail letting them know this. So once again they texted me giving me a Saturday date that also does not work. I guess the only way to resolve this is I made an account login and I will just have to request dates online which I didn’t know you could do until I made the account. Other than that always great service.

Easy phone call and made it out a few hours later right when they said they would. Alfred was great and helpful. Still outside the house after the treatment but hoping for success.

Orkin provides thorough service and arrive within time frame given in text. Even when I am not on site, i know the outside will be sprayed completely. Pedro's attention to detail is impeccable. He spotted a wasp nest inside one of the screen doors and treated it before I'd arrived to point it out to him. Great service.

Rolf was very responsive to my needs. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He came up with a great plan to seal my home and keep the animals away from my attic. Have not had an issue since.
