Kilter Termite and Pest Control

Eric does an excellent job to keep our home perimeter protected from unwanted pests and insects. He is very thorough, efficient, and dependable. He sweeps the eaves, replenishes the bait stations, snd treats the exterior of our home. We had an unexpected ant invasion during the very hot weather and Eric reapplied ant bait to take care of the problem. We have been loyal customers of Kilter since 2018 due to service from Eric.

Got my House fumigated 3 months ago! I started to repair the wood bit by bit, seen actively in my garage again with termites. My appointment they had was 2 weeks from my call, the person came out and will only treat what they see. Which was only wood pallet and they injected it. 3 days later my contractor found termites in my walls, active ones! I call for a appt and they came see me til a month later. I chose this company and not paid attention to the reviews. I fully regret it! 2 yr warranty but when needed them to come back and look into this problem they schedule me a month out. Eating up my warranty days! I send emails, I call, I reach out many times and don’t get no response of urgency back. To help a Customer who trusted them for fast service. Only got fast service when I was a new customer! After payment I got the silent treatment. I need this treated asap as it pauses my workers and cost is already expensive. Pls don’t go with this Company, I made a mistake by trusting and now I mean nothing and my house is being eaten til my next inspection a month from now 🙁 Single mom trying to protect her home

Rigoberto was very friendly and polite. It appears that he did a detailed inspection and treated the appropriate areas. I clicked 'reasonable price', but wished it was less for our annual inspection/warranty service. Overall everything was fine.

Prompt service and did a great job with the inspection. We have loved using Kilter to avoid having to tent our house and find that their treatment has kept termites at bay. Definitely recommend them!

Vince was very thorough in his inspection of our home. He checked all areas for termites including the attic. He went above and beyond which is very much appreciated.
