Caleb Castellanos was our Field Representative from Terminix. We were completely satisfied with his work. He came out asked about our concerns and explained what he was going to do and kept me informed throughout the inspection process. He advised me of the results and offered a written explanation and treatment plan. We felt very confident in his plan and moved forward with the treatment plan. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and we are very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Terminix to others and highly recommend Caleb. My Terminix representative Luis was extremely thoughtful, very careful and made sure that I was satisfied with everything that he had done before he left my house. He has been a wonderful Terminix representative extremely careful and always positive And considerate, he spends the time to make sure that I am happy with the results. I’m very thankful that I’ve known him for all these years because he always does a wonderful job with a smile on His face I appreciate all he does!

We were supposed to have Terminix out last month as we are paying for the monthly service to help with an ant problem. We have had Terminix for 5+ years and have had excellent service for many years. We scheduled a service appointment like every other time, but nobody showed up. We called and explained that nobody showed up for our scheduled appointment and would appreciate if we could schedule another appointment, so they scheduled another appointment. Once again, nobody showed up. This happened another time (total of 3 missed appointments with NO explanation) and we decided to cancel our service. We were very satisfied and happy with our service for many years but it blows my mind that they were not coming out to actual scheduled appointments. Very disappointing.

On May 5, I met with Felipe Mercado, who performed a full and thorough inspection of my home for termites. Mr. Mercado greeted me with kind words and explained what his inspection would involve. He also stated that he would provide a written diagram report for me to consider should I go with his company, TERMINIX. For more than an hour or so, Mr. Mercado poked and shined a light in areas of my home looking for termite infestation. When he found termites, he summoned me to show the area where I had active termites. I must say that I was glad that it was not a hot day as Felipe spent a great deal of time in my attic. He stated that he had posted a note, informing the next company who I was getting an estimate from that he had in fact inspected the attic. After my last estimate was completed, I decided to go with TERMINIX even though they were more expensive than the last two bids. I felt the quality of inspection that was performed could be trusted. After the inspection was completed, Mr. Mercado provided me with a diagram of all areas of termite activity. Those areas required that new fascia and flat boards be removed, and new ones painted and replaced. A gentleman from Santa Ana came to replace all of the damaged wood. Jose worked alone, but he was meticulous and knew how to manipulate the heaviest of wood to attach to my home without any assistance; he was incredibly agile. Once the wood was replaced, Felipe provided me with a video on how to prepare my home for tenting: bagging food items was most important, while staying in touch with me during this entire process from beginning to end. Finally, I can definitely say that I had a smooth, uneventful process in having my house tented. And the cost associated with the wood replacement and tenting supported my budget. Thank you, Mr. Mercado and all those working behind the scenes to ensure my experience with your company was a good one!

We’ve used a few different Pest Control companies over the last 30 years. The service has always been average. We decided to give Terminix a shot. Caleb C came out today and conducted a home inspection. I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Caleb was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. His inspection of our home was very thorough and detailed. The customer service Caleb provided will be the reason I will call Terminix again in the future. Great job Caleb
