I had a gopher problem and they sent Bruce out a few times to set and clear the traps. Such a nice guy and responsive when I called or text him. Thanks Bruce!
The tech came out three times and trapped all of the gophers! Rodent Guys are great. Unfortunately, gophers move around in the neighborhood, so new ones eventually return. I will definitely use them next time, also.
Service is awful, they guys that come out spend less then 10 minutes when they come out and don’t even check the entire property when you pay for service for front and back. They come out walk around and leave saying no actively. Find new holes and mark them and still do nothing. The lady over the phone is also extremely rude and just makes excuses and contradicts herself. Don’t waste your money on these "experts".
Honest and thorough. My mother's house had a gopher problem for several years. Gentle eradication methods by a $57/month company weren't working. Called Rodent Guys and now I haven't seen any new gopher holes in two months. They did charge more, though. And they use stronger methods but overall I think they're much better. And, they noticed when I overpaid. I like that.
If you're looking to control rats or mice, don't let the misleading name fool you. They only service outdoor RODENTS, such as gophers, moles or squirrels. Very misleading name.

I’ve called numerous times and they have never answered or called back. Very disappointing.
