Tyler provided exceptional help, not only figuring out the best plan to eliminate the rodent problem but also ensuring the price was very reasonable. The office staff, Rose and Dayana, were equally fantastic. They were incredibly helpful in scheduling the technicians and maintained great communication with me, providing updates even after the visit. They were professional, patient, and addressed all of my concerns and questions with care.

We switched over to Guard Up Pest Control after years with a big national company, and I couldn’t be happier with the change. Tyler came to our door, explained their local roots in such a down-to-earth way, and we were immediately drawn to supporting a small business. At the time, our yard was being destroyed by a terrible gopher/mole problem—our entire front yard had been dug up, and they were starting to move toward the back. Our previous provider didn’t treat for them, but Guard Up stepped in right away and completely took care of the issue. The gophers moved on, and we were beyond grateful. Since then, their team has been consistently diligent and professional. They call seasonally to check in, make sure our treatment plan is still working, and are always helpful and accommodating. Their customer service feels personal and attentive, not cookie-cutter. I’ve been so impressed and thankful for Guard Up’s reliable service. 100% recommend GuardUp Pest Control. Quality work. Amazing customer service. The entire team is great. I have seen a huge difference in the amount of spider webs. And water bugs around my pool area. If you are looking for a solution for any type of pests, look no further. This is a well run business. They provide world class customer service. The chemicals used are great for any kind of pest. I had no serious issues with pests but I got it more as a precaution and I wish I would’ve got it sooner. Tyler is amazing and every tech that has came to my home is always careful. The staff at the office is always available whenever I have any questions. This is hands down the best pest control company.

Excellent extermination service , I would highly recommend their services. The staff at Guardup are well trained and super knowledgeable about how to treat and eliminate unwanted pest! They have some staffers that have been in the industry for 20+ years and know what it takes to get ride of the pesky rodents that are a big problem here in Santa Clarita. I have to say their office manager , Tyler and the rest of the team are simply the most easy going , friendly and experienced Pet Control Service I have ever come across. Hector was our technician that came out to address both monthly service and follow up. He explained what he was going to do and delivered. He provided excellent service and had great interpersonal skills. Customer service is essential and I have seen too many inconsistencies with other service providers but GuardUp is on the top of my list. Job well done!

My exterminator tech Hector was excellent! He was really nice, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made sure all my questions were answered and worked efficiently while still being very thorough. It’s great having someone who not only does a great job but is also friendly and respectful.
