My experience was with the Santa Monica office. I’m always pleased with the service. I had a few spot concerns for termites. Todd inspected and was very knowledgeable. He was able to give me an estimate on the spot. Alfredo actually did the work which involved a pergola connected to my house. He treated for the termites, removed damaged pieces that had wood rot, replaced the wood, painted. A big job done all in one day with professionalism and courtesy. And Alfredo left the site cleaner than when he arrived.
Whoever came to refresh our outdoor rat poison boxes is leaving trash next to every box. The wax paper backing on the poison pad is being thrown on the ground. This is unacceptable for a professional service. Especially since there's a dumpster 20 feet away. Tell your guys not to litter on costumers property.
This company is the best. They are professional, prompt, and organized. Their work is thorough, and they explain what they have done. I just wanted you to know that I have been a customer for over 5 or more years and Bruce is the guy we use. He is such a wonderful guy and very professional. I was thinking of stopping our service but we have no more ants in our house. Thanks to Bruce. I just came home from work and Bruce was still here. I had a tankless water heater put in and they cut my screen that goes under my house Bruce actually fixed it for me. That's the kind of man that goes over and beyond. I'm keeping my service because Bruce is our service provider. We think the world of him. Your company is great and it's employees like Bruce that make it that way.
Dewey pest control is the best! Carlos came out to help us. We have had a couple scorpions so wanted to get the house treated. This is the second time that Carlos has helped us. Great personality, super responsive, really helpful. I would not think of using anyone else! A 12 out of 10.
