Workman Pest Control

Found one cockroach first thing this morning, and called Workman Pest Control right away. The technician was at my place within 2 hours! On a Saturday! I learned from him that the kind of roach I found was a sewer roach which are "running the show" in Scottsdale this season. I am very pleased with the prompt service I received!

Daniel came out on two occasions. He's professional and courteous. He throughly explained what he would do, then reviewed his worked once he finished. Excellent work and employee.

To my horror, I saw termite tubes in my kitchen. I had another company inspect my home before I purchased it four months ago. No visible termites. Since I had a contract for regular pest control on a bi monthly basis, I reached out to Workman Pest Control. They were able to come to my home within a one week timeframe to Inspect and treat my home. Casey was on time, courteous and educated. He treated my home within a two hour timeframe. He was very thorough Inspecting the inside of my home for visible tubes.(Thankfully, only the ones in the kitchen were active). He then went to trench The perimeter and open up hard surface holes around the perimeter. He treated the perimeter of my home. Casey put everything back in beautiful condition and treated the interior where the visible tubes of the termites were. He left 3 very small patched holes. I highly recommend Workman Pest Control. Their work was exceptional, no more termite tubes!! 1 year warranty!
