What an absolutely sorry company. They came out to remove a hornets nest, assessed the situation, said they would need to come back with help, charged my card, and didn't come back until 2 weeks later when I started a charge back on my card. Proceeded to do an absolute half donkey job.

Almost impossible to remove services, prices are high but products are cheap. Once you sign that agreement you’re on the hook and they will absolutely come back to remove the bait traps while still billing for the full years invoice. Recommend going small biz local over Terminix for any pest control needs.

DO NOT BOTHER. I signed a year long contract last weekend to get my yard/house sprayed for fleas. They put me on the schedule for Tuesday 9/16 from 3 to 4 pm. I left work early to make sure I was home on time. They not only didn’t show up, but they also never called. I called the manager Sean the next day and told him what had happened. He claimed there was probably a mix of with scheduling and the applicator probably didn’t know about it. He also said that it was rescheduled for Wednesday from 12-5pm, which no one ever told me that. I told him 3:30pm is the earliest I can do. He rescheduled for Thursday 3/18 at 3:30. I leave work early again and THE SAME THING HAPPENED. NO CALL NO SHOW! I finally got ahold of Sean on Friday 3/19 and he "didn’t know why" they didn’t make it. He also said it looks like it got rescheduled for 9/23… no one told me. Don’t waste your time with this company as they clearly don’t value the customer’s time, they are unprepared, and apparently they don’t show up to work.

My Terminix guy, Steve is the best. He calls the week before to let me know he's coming. I never have to worry if it was done right. He is always super polite and great guy to talk to.

Over charged on auto. Pay $ came out of acct immediately after service. Waiting 4 weeks now for a check refund and nothing. Can't reach local office so call center has been answering and getting nothing done. Been a customer about 25 years, this mess might just end that

Steve always does a great job. He calls ahead to let us know a time frame he will be there. He is thorough, checking our outside perimeter carefully. He answers any concerns we have.
