The technician did a thorough inspection of active area in my home and was able to determine that a mouse had died in the basement ceiling causing the funky odor. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He sprayed the area and also put down fresh bait in all the bait traps. I am very happy with the service.

I have been using Ransford for years now and am very happy! Initially a few years back for mice issues which they handled and now just once yearly maintenance for mice. Luke visited my home last Wednesday to treat for mice at this time of the Fall when they seek to find warmer places to be. Luke was very thorough, informative and friendly. He inspected every possible location; from the attic to the basement, checking for signs of mouse activity, replacing old bait stations with new. He even identified an exterior basement location where mice were finding easy entrance to my home - suggesting a solution that I'll be pursuing with a carpenter. Thanks again to Luke and Ransford!
