⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! Dan from JP McHale in Hampton Bays was fantastic. He came promptly, assessed the situation, and quickly eliminated a yellow jacket nest — queen bee and all! He took the time to explain everything clearly, was fast, professional, and extremely polite. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend JP McHale for anyone dealing with pests in the Hamptons.

Moved into a rental for the month of August, and started seeing what looked like a small brown roach. Not the typical "NYC" looking roach, but it had all of the characteristics of a type of roach.Dave from JP McHale arrived exactly on time, determined we had " wood roaches". Gearoid then appeared exactly as scheduled/on time, to put a barrier around the perimeter of the house inside and out. They both have saved our August and gave me piece of mind as I’m petrified of bugs. I’ve only seen one since, as it walked up to the screened in porch and turned right back around to leave. Reliable, competitively priced, and overall a fantastic company, I’ve already recommended JPMcHale to our neighbors that have a bee hive in their attic and cannot speak highly enough!

Dan F. came to my house in east hampton NY on a Sunday after a night of zero sleep. He was so kind and so nice and found the access point where the critters got in, set the traps and bait, came the next day while I was having cataract surgery. He offered home shield as an option and helped me figure out ohow to consolidate all the other pest control services I use under just McHale. Couldn’t have asked for a better service technician or better resolution. If I could give 6 stars I would. Please recognize him accordingly, he represents your company very well!

I just had the pleasure of working with two outstanding service technicians, Frank and Regg, for ant spraying around the interior and exterior of my home—and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to carefully treat every area, making sure nothing was missed. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality service were evident throughout the entire visit. It’s not often you come across technicians who take such pride in their work, and I want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve. If you’re looking for reliable, top-tier service, these two are the team you want. Highly recommended!

Frank and Joseph were outstanding. They removed the wasp nest from my well (yes, my well!) in a very quick, courteous and efficient manner. Make sure you take care of these two great technicians! I don’t know how much I will be billed so am leaving that question unanswered.

JP McHale did a fantastic job at a great price for a specific rodent problem we had in the back yard. I got 2 other quotes that were more expensive, including from another well reviewed company that would have made me sign a 1 year service contract just to take on the job. Chris the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. They got rid of the problem and if I ever have any other problems, I will use them first.
