Darrell was the Rep that came to my house. Darrell was punctual, professional and thorough in his complimentary inspection. He was so thorough, he beat out 3 other competitors that I scheduled on the same day. It was Darrell's thorough assessment and didn't rush through is why I went with Connor's Pest Pros. We will see how the year goes but for now, they are off to a fantastic start, so yes, I would recommend them.

Service was fast and efficient. Technician was polite, knowledgeable, practical and presented our options clearly. I like that they commit to a second visit to verify job well done. That was a plus in my choice to select them. I would use Connor's Pest Pros services again.

Our family noticed a yellow jacket infestation and filled out an online inquiry for an estimate. Scheduling coordinator Cassie called us back that same day despite being ill. While we don’t expect someone to display such urgency when sick Cassie displayed exceptional care for us having an infestation of aggressive insects. Josh was thorough and knowledgeable in inspecting our house and took his time and spent over two hours ensuring that all areas were checked. We really liked how things were explained in great detail and we didn’t feel price gouged by our estimate. Darrell who came to do the extermination was pleasant, polite, and respectful of our home. Darrell answered my many questions about the products used. Upon realizing the extreme extent of our yellowjackets he prioritized us for follow up the next day. Few companies display this level of customer service and competency which in our experience seems harder to find these days. It has been a pleasure to work with them this far.

Darrell was efficient, came on time, did the work expeditiously. He appeared to be conscientious and even concerned about the work he was doing. So rare! He had to attack a bee's nest among some other things. On top of that he was pleasant and even made sure I knew what to do to follow up. I'm sure pest control may not be the most fun job, but you wouldn't know it from Darrell. This company has a winner with this young man! I would highly recommend him.

What a very kind man and skilled too. I had a hornets nest. But he couldn’t find it at first. I founde by watching for hours in a big old planter. He came back and took care of the problem. But in two days I, myself have to fill that plantar with water. Makes me nervous because I got badly stung, but he was reassuring in two to three days they would all be dead. Very very expensive, but I had no choice. I would call them again though.

So easy to book with Connor’s. They had an inspector come out asap and Josh was very thorough in his explanations. Chelsea was also great to work with. So easy to talk to. Quick and thorough!
