I have had Travis pest for a few years now. Only reason why I keep them is because of Jake! He’s the best. Great customer service and always polite and respectful * I updated this review to state that Travis pest got rid Jake. Jake was great! He was prompt, knowledgeable, honest and always made sure we understood every step he took. What a great asset to just throw away. The new guy was already 30 mins late to my home when he stated he would be here at a specific time. If Jake was running late he would reach out and keep us updated. I may just look for other pest control options.

Carlos called before coming for service. After treating my outside area he came in to treat the bathrooms and kitchen for small unidentified beetle. Have not seen any more since he sprayed. I have been using Travis since early 2000’s and am happy with their service.

Casey is readily available to help me out with regular service and palmetto bug emergencies! Since Casey has been spraying our yard (and occasionally inside) we have been bug free. I also haven’t seen the palm rats that used to hang around the outdoor kitchen. They are responsive and willing to adjust to fit my schedule. I can’t recommend Travis enough, and especially Casey!

Our Travis Pest Services tech Liz does a great job protecting our home. Liz is cheerful, efficient, and 100% responsive to our concerns and requests. Normally Liz only needs to treat the outside of our home to keep it pest-free. I asked her to also treat the inside this time and she was super-responsive. She contacted me to schedule a good time and took care of my request before proceeding to do the outside work. Like everyone we've talked to at Travis, Liz is friendly and helpful. Thank you to Liz and the entire Travis Pest Services team for helping make our house a comfortable place to live.

First visit to our house. Called ahead and confirm the appointment and understood that we had a tight schedule. She arrived on time professionally did her work and we’re very happy.

Pedro from Travis exterminating company just serviced my house. Very professional and knowledgeable. Appreciated the time he took to explain his services. Also very personalble!

This was regular/general preventive service, and Jake ALWAYS does a great job. But Travis is a terrific company -- which is why I've been a customer for almost 40 years!
