When I realized I had some termites, I called several places in order to get an estimate. I called TermiKnight and Philip showed up on time with a written estimate and a detailed outline of my house. he explained to me in detail what the process would be and that he used the best chemicals. His price was competitive with the other quotes that I got and his included a five year warranty. We scheduled the treatment for a few days later. Again, Philip showed up on time was very professional and thorough with the application. I am very confident that I got the best job possible.

Excellent service and speedy communication. I reached out to Philip and was contacted within hours with a quote and his availability if I wanted to book an appointment. Philip sent an estimate write up, and showed up with one on my appointment day just incase I needed a hard copy. He also provided a detailed receipt, warranty paperwork in a follow up email and answered all my questions. Philip takes pride in his work and it shows with all the small details I’ve noticed other businesses leave out. We will definitely have him back in 5 years for prevention and recommend him to all we know. If he is as detailed about his work as he is about his paperwork, I won’t need to call him for the warranty.

I recently saw proof of a termite infestation and reached out to Angie's list to find a professional to handle the situation. Many people kept calling over and over in the middle of my business day but I received an email from Mr. Gruewel saying that he had reached out to the County Assessor to obtain the layout plans of my property and gave me an estimate which was extremely reasonable with a five-year guarantee. Within a week, Mr. Gruewel came out and treated my property and completed the work within three hours. I used to work for the International Code Council (building, fire, plumbing codes etc.) so I have extensive experience dealing with contractors but I have never been so impressed with anyone as I was with Mr. Gruewel. Proof? I have already recommended him to six people in the greater Phoenix area for when they need a treatment. My only regret is that this rating system won't allow me to give him 10 stars!
