Massey Services Pest Control

I moved to Tallahassee in 2019 and I had pest control for my lawn with another company. In 2020, I lost my entire back yard to sod webworms. I contacted Massey Services after re-soding my back yard. I believe I began services mid 2020. Ever since, I have been well-cared for by Massey. Every single month, which is going on five (5) years, I have been given prompt attention on a monthly schedule for spraying, fertilizing, and feeding the lawn and shrubs. Whenever I have noted a concern regarding the lawn, Massey has responded quickly, and when dealing with pests in the lawn, they have responded with additional service in a reasonable time. On a couple of occasions, their response was within 2 days and they took care of the problem. It doesn't matter what the issue is, it is given prompt attention. My regular technician, _________, I don't think I should leave his name, is top-notch with his knowledge of my yard and its needs. Additionally, over the last couple of years I have added irrigation quarterly service, pest control service and Sentricon termite protection. Also, I have had their managers on my property, especially a few years ago when I lost my lawn. Recently, two of the managers visited me regarding an issue with the lawn. A visit from my technician solved the problem. Everyone has been professional and kind in their dealings with me. Of course, no one is perfect. Regarding areation, it took awhile to get the yearly service done due to mechanical breakdowns. I understand that because I owned a commercial landscaping service in the 1980's. In this business, nothing is worse than "down time" due to broken equipment, as I can say I personally experienced years ago. Again, I highly recommend Massey Services here in Tallahassee, Fl. I have included a few photos for documentation. The last photo is just for laughs. No lawn performed the month we had snow.

Great job in evaluating several needs on the home-front and timely addressing them. Rescheduling was needed several times on our end for a termite re-treatment as part of a construction project. They were super patient and helpful. Feels really good to have their termite bond and they offer a range of other services as well. Our next appointment will be for sprinkler system. Thanks to Ron on the termite work and a big thanks to Service Manager, Joshua, for an exceptional job on all needs!!

We've been with Massey about 25 years. Consistent reliable service, reasonable cost and great care. The scheduler Ms. April does a great job of organizing the complicated routing of technicians at a time convenient to us. The technician Mr. AJ went above and beyond to be sure that we received the necessary services. The manager Mr Neff is super professional and knowledgeable. He's very patient and helpful.

Not often I give a 5 Star Review and our road's been a little rocky in the past Company/Customer; but people will make or break your business. I just want to assure the public there's folks still out there who take the time to give good customer service and are personable but still professional. I only regret with these 3 I'm recognizing today are added a few more that their names escape me from recent past encounters who were equally helpful and pleasant while taking care of the work required here at our home. Technician Derricus (forgive in advance the spelling error probably) is consistent in maintaining communication with me when he's heading my way, he's helpful with any questions and patient when I have to handle the animals to assure he's not tripping over them LOL just to get in the backyard. Next is Al he's my guy that comes by annually to make sure the house isn't falling down from the inside not just outside; he's always a pleasure to speak with and able to assist with any questions I might have, explaining the this that and the other of pest "stuff". Now this 3rd one Ashley, I'm glad isn't writing the review on Me cause I got a little tiffy about an appt. time and she of course being on the front line answering customer's calls caught the "tiffiness" from me. I was impressed with her patience and gracious attitude though I was clearly not happy at that moment. She helped work out an amicable resolution leaving us both happy. Well, maybe she was just relieved to be done with that call, LOL but I did apologize for losing my cool a little and she again never missed a beat and was cool as a cucumber. She's a jewel...better keep her is what I'm telling you. I have my share of frustrations as we all have with various business/customer encounters but it's not going unnoticed by this longtime customer the good choices yall've made in hiring and keeping these people. I have been a customer of Massey service pest control, for 25 years at my home in Tallahassee and The Villages Florida. The services have included Inside and Outside Pest Control, lawn, mosquito service, and termite. John, is in charge of inside and outside pest control and also spraying for mosquitoes. John displays superb professionalism, politeness, communication skills. He always strives to complete his job meticulously and thoroughly. John is to be commended by senior management for his excellence in performing a job well done!

Al White is a consummate professional. He knows what he is doing and never quits until he gets the job done. He even came to my house at the end of the work day on a Friday and IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY! Now that is commitment, dedication, and loyalty. I truly appreciate him as well as his character and work ethic. He’s the best!

Been using Massey for over a year now...STILL have weeds that don't get sprayed/killed. Called to have someone come spray and they said someone would be here next. That was 7 days ago. I called back...still nothing.
