Jacqueline did an excellent job today with my outdoor service. She was thorough and made sure she covered all the areas. She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the process and products. I would love for her to service my house every time! Jacqueline is the best that we’ve had since we started using the service.

The nicest group of people ever! Chris and Evan were so beyond helpful with their urgency. Our 2 year old was hospitalized due to fire ant bites from playing in our backyard and as I expressed the importance of quality service when speaking to Evan, it felt like he went out of his way to have someone there within hours. When talking through our concerns with Chris, he was extremely thorough and made sure nothing was left untouched. Thank you both

Jocelyn was extremely thorough and super nice. She carefully placed gels and traps and clearly explained the purpose of each step. Her attention to detail and professionalism were excellent.

If I could give Chris a 20/10 I would he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He came in and evaluated our situation and immediately came up with a revised game plan personalized for us.!!! I cant say how much i appreciate Chris. He so good about my dogs. He's very aware of the history they have. One protects the other and one was abused so she very scared of new people. He has helped her so much. This visit she came up to him now that is something that dont happen often enough for her. She is so comfortable with him. He's so good at his job i wish I could give more tips. He deserves a raise amd more. He know his job very well helps me understand everything. I wish I could have him for ever service because I feel comfortable with him with me amd my dogs.

Pro Force Pest Control is one of the best, if not the best pest control company in the area. Special shout out to service technician Jacqueline, professional and polite, with work ethics above and beyond. Jacqueline showed respect for the property and extra care towards pets in the household. Very knowledgeable. I learned new thing or two in how to maintain the yard in between service calls. Five stars is not enough for this company and their representative Jacqueline. Thank you for your professionalism.
