Contacting Steri-Clean was simple, but the service was exceptional! Chad Underwood met with me ASAP! He understood my needs, and got the cleaning done within 24 hours of our appointment. Having Steri-Clean come into my home was one of the most difficult things I have ever done, but worth every penny paid, every moment of stress leading up to the team’s arrival and every tear I cried while going through the process. Due to years of chronic pain and fatigue, as well as numerous injuries contributing to both, I had let my home get out of control. It just became more than I could handle on my own. Making the call to ask for help was not easy, but I can’t express enough how happy – how joyful – I am that I called Chad back when he responded to the online query I made. He was gentle, compassionate and encouraging from the beginning. Due to our schedule, it was six weeks from the time I called until the team of five showed up to begin the sorting and cleaning. While the cleaning was hard, I was quite impressed – and relieved – that every team member treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and compassion. I never felt judged by any of them – which was good because I judged myself enough. I never felt like I was ‘the job’ to them – I was a fellow human being who had lost control and desperately needed help. They allowed me to become a team member to get my life and home back. They became family to me. I have no words to adequately express the gratitude I feel to Chad and his team for playing their part in ‘restoring our home and our lives’. I truly believe they’ve given us the potential to ‘stay alive and thrive’. It was worth every penny paid and every anxious moment. I hesitated to write this review due to the possible embarrassment of knowing people who know me will now ‘know’ if they see my name on the review. But, if this helps one person to make the call and get to the ‘other’ side, then it’s worth it. Plus, anyone who would judge -that’s on them. I am on the other side, and I won this battle in a long war. I have learned to ask for help – something I’ve never been good at. That’s a win. Sometimes, it takes surviving to start thriving!

Chad & entire team were kind, compassionate & very supportive when I got emotional about cleaning out my sisters house. My disabled nephew still lives there but he was not able to keep it clean. After we were done, they cleaned & sanitized the house. My nephew was very pleased with the results & he has started to do laundry & cleaning which he wasn’t doing after my sister passed. This crew was exemplary and the entire process from engagement to completion exceeded my expectations. Work was done thoroughly, cheerfully and beyond the original scope described.
