I recently had Joshua from HomeTeam Pest Defense come out for our quarterly pest control service, and he did an outstanding job. From the start, Joshua clearly explained every step of the process, detailing the services he performed, like applying the barrier treatment around the foundation and treating potential entry points with eco-friendly products, in a way that was easy to understand. I was really impressed by how thorough he was in checking key areas—he inspected the entire exterior, and garage, pointing out potential pest entry points and showing me the preventive measures he took. When I mentioned my concerns about ants in the living room, Joshua listened carefully, addressed the issue in detail, and shared practical tips to maintain control between visits. Joshua’s professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail made the experience seamless and reassuring. If you’re with HomeTeam, request Joshua—you won’t be disappointed! 5 stars!

Always happy with Home Team, our regular was out this past visit but his replacement was awesome as usual. Very thorough and friendly and respectful of my home.

They were very persistent about me setting it up and would call and message a lot , I finally did it because we have an issue with scorpions and spiders and I have toddlers they came once so far. I noticed we where getting more of the scorpions and spiders inside still even sending a photo of a huge scorpion me and my husband found and killed and now the line is silent I’m not getting responses or put on the schedule

We had a great experience with HomeTeam. Our initial appointment was scheduled within couple days and the service was done in minutes.

Received horrible service from them, I paid a year in advanced for a couple of years, I asked Denise and the technician for a simple reqeusts, didn't care of it cost extra I just wanted it done and they would say they'd do it but never did. I finally had enough of it so I asked for a refund, this was back in March and I've yet to receive a resonse. DON'T DO SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Very persistent text messages despite declining services. I stopped responding only to have them start spamming. After receiving multiple texts in a day, decided to leave the review.
