John Jr's Termite & Pest Control

I’ve been trying to reach John Jr‘s for a week now I’ve left five messages no callbacks. No one answered the phone in the office. I’ve never done business with a company like this and I’ve never had this problem with them before but at this time they’re putting the onus of responsibility on me to get this done and they’re the ones that aren’t answering the phone or doing their part of the business so I’m about through with them if this doesn’t happen soon I’m going To give up on them.

This business does not care about you or it's customers. Does not return calls even if you have a contract with them. They just don't care . Update. 3 weeks later since 3rd call, still no callback. Talked with neighbor, same thing. Why are they in business? For their convenience. Update. Called another company and they answered their phone, and came over in 3 days. No more stressing out with John Jr. Hooray. End review

John Jr. recently came to our home for termite inspection. He was half hour late. He found some but didn't treat. Said he doesn't treat. Sends his men in at later date. So we had to schedule another appointment for that. Also, I don't like his standing around talking to everyone in the house forever. Do your job and leave! This isn't a social visit.

We bought a house recently and John Jr was our termite inspector. They found water damages (correctly) but no termite damage. Fast forward a couple of months, I saw a termite tunnel inside a bedroom and decided to call another company for an inspection. The new company not only confirmed the termite tunnel, but also they found termite damages that were missed during initial home inspection. John Jr showed up for re-inspecting and they also accepted that they missed the initial termite damages and offered discounts for full treatment. Considering the fact that they missed initial damages and their discount was very small, I declined their offer and signed the contract with the other company. The other company's quote was just slightly higher than John Jr's offer after their discount! Also, the other company showed up on time while John Jr showed up 30 minutes late. John Jr's assistant was on the phone constantly and I didn't notice any assistance. Maybe it would have turned out positive if he was also paying attention to the inspection. I'm not saying don't choose John Jr's company, but they lost our trust and business. I suggest getting several quotes and hopefully you'll have a better experience if you choose John Jr's.

Not even sure if they are still in business, won't return my call. We bought a house with a termite contract with them that was transferrable. They came out the first year to do an inspection, but this year when I got my annual renewal bill I have been unable to get a hold of them for my yearly inspection. I think I have called five times. Not sure what good it is to have a termite contract with someone who won't answer the phone or return calls.

We have been using John Jr's for several years. Their professionalism, timeliness and friendly staff have always made our experience and our clients experiences very positive. Thanks for all you do! I was very impressed. I called the office and they came out and did an estimate like an hour later. And let me tell you the estimate was WAAAAAAY reasonable. He came out on a Saturday and sprayed our house which I thought was really cool. Overall I am extremely happy with the quality of work, timeliness, etc. I definitely recommend this company to everyone from the bottom of my heart!
