I had an excellent experience with Hooke Termite, thanks to Zach’s outstanding customer service. He promptly returned my call and was able to schedule a same-day visit with my tenant. Zach walked me through exactly what he would need to do during the visit, which was very reassuring since I didn’t know much about termite work. During the inspection, my tenant mentioned a bad smell in the guest bathroom and was concerned there might be a dead rodent. There was a challenge because the ceiling fan would need to be removed, but Zach didn’t hesitate to call his boss to confirm it was within their scope of work. He called me back to confirm and then arrived on time, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. He even took videos and pictures to show the work being done.
