Canady's Termite & Pest Control

I had regular service with these people for about 3 years straight. Supposed to be guaranteed. And if you see roaches they come back and spray again. First spray was great look like a bomb went off out side. Dead water bugs everywhere. But over the course of the years I started seeing roaches. Mind you I get quarterly service inside and out every 3 months. I've called them back out many times. Called them and complained have had different people. And you know what they are lazy. They always asked me you want inside and out side done. Of course I do that what I paid for. They would be done in like 10 mins. Half A the service what they did. After 3 years of guaranteed service and complaints. Lady said they going to charge me more for a different type of service. Like how does that work. I been getting this service with you since day one. And I'm seeing these roaches on guaranteed service. Make that make sense. The house next door is a rental I know what happend but that's why I get the service. I fired them. And I owe them a small amount of money that I refused to pay.

Josh was great! He outlined everything he was going to do and explained why/how the methods worked. He was quick and efficient and didn't seem to mind our spoiled dogs hollering throughout most of the visit. Before he left, he confirmed what he did and when our next service would be, asked if we had questions, and briefly discussed some possible additional services for springtime. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

I can always count on Canady's to hire and retain talented and courteous employees. Josh Brewer performed inspections and helped me with a pest problem today. So polite. So knowledgeable and so efficient. A very nice young man. A pleasure to work with and I have confidence in his recommendations and the service he performed. Well done!

While I appreciate the rate. I do not like that an invoice is not sent after an inspection is completed. The work is done and no one even cares to be paid. All other businesses send invoices for work completed and quotes for anything addition, but Canady's just does an inspection and wait for you to call them to pay it before they release it. That's not what I expected from professionals. I don't want to give my credit card info by phone or waste time calling on the phone when I didn't even have to call to make the appointment. Make it make sense. It's not worth a hill of beans when I am trying to buy a house and don't have what I need timely because I was expecting something that never came. For those considering just make sure you call the day of and pay, plain and simple. If you forget or you are on hold and they transfer you all around to pay and you end up getting distracted and hang up just call back and wait...because Canady's can't create a better system and just place the blame on you, as if you would schedule a service you needed and not want to pay for it...I just wish Canady's would act like they want the business and charge me for it so I can pay timely!

We had a great experience with Canady’s Termite and Pest Control. Their customer service was fantastic and they came out and sprayed within 24 hours. Our technician (Cameron) was very professional and efficient. Overall great experience with Canady’s!

Not a fan, didn't even continue the phone call to establish service. I was on hold for almost 10 minutes, and when the lady (didn't identify herself) answered, she seemed involved in something else, asked me my address 2 separate times, and clarified my phone number and then started to ask for my phone number again. It's a shame, because they came recommended but I'm a stickler for good customer service.

We use Canady's Pest Control for several of our rental properties! They are professional, honest, and always on time. They provide their professional advice and explain their findings in detail! We highly recommend Canady's!
