Out of desperation, due to an ant invasion, I turned to Spectrum for help. Spencer handled my call promptly and professionally. I am certain this time of year he’s very busy, yet he sent a technician out within 48 hours of my call. Dave was very kind, professional, and considerate of our property. He did a thorough job, and even came back 7 days later to address a different location where ants were active. Spectrum prepared us ahead of time that it might take more than one visit to get it under control before moving us to their maintenance service. Working with Spectrum was a great experience. They were able to help us with a beetle issue we were having in our home. While other pest control companies just wanted to spray the house top to bottom, Spectrum was willing to listen and understand the details of the issue. This led to us finding the source of our problem and eliminating the source, rather than just masking the problem. Very grateful for them and they are very good about responding to calls and talking through issues. Technicians were always on time. And the price is very good!

Reliable and responsive service. They are courteous and let me know the day before they come for service. I like knowing my large dogs are safe from harsh chemicals when they wander in the yard. Been with them for over 10 years and still happy!

Spectrum has been providing our pest control service for us for over 20 years at three different homes. They have always been responsive and professional after the initial treatment inside the house, we have not had any pests indoors. They have provided scheduled maintenance for the outside areas and have never and problems, even though see lots of insects (ants, etc) along the public sidewalk.
