He thoroughly explained every process to us, answered all our questions in detail... and we had many! He also thoroughly inspected our property both inside and out and communicated his findings every step of the way! The office staff is awful. They continue to send a technician AFTER I called and canceled service. I suspect this is more of a business model than a mistake. This way they can bill you once more before you leave. The office manager got smart with me when I explained the issue. I will never do business with them again.
