Been loyal customer for more than 4 years. But I have to cancel the service because the past couple months the newer technician was really bad. Been complaining to the office about it, but they still didn’t do something about it. Before it took more than 20 minutes to spray, cleaned the spider web, make sure everything is clean. But now, not even 10 minutes to do everything. Not even knock or ring the door bell like before. Just come and go really fast. Even the bugs still roaming around. This company going down hill really fast because the newer technician doesn’t care about work.

I was a loyal customer for over 7 years, but I recently canceled my service due to the unprofessional behavior of a new technician. He entered my yard without knocking or notifying me, not once, but twice, even after I specifically asked him to ring the doorbell next time. He did not perform the service thoroughly, and when I asked about documentation, he copped an attitude and told me I’d have to get it off my phone from the car, since it’s no longer on paper. Then, instead of handling it professionally, he raised his voice and mocked me ("ma’am, you have a good day, ma’am"). To make matters worse, I still have spiders after he supposedly treated the property. To be fair, the office staff I’ve dealt with over the years, were always polite and helpful. Unfortunately, some of the newer technicians don’t seem to understand that respect and professionalism matter. I even requested a call from management before posting this review, but no one followed up. Respect should come standard with service.

When we first started using them, they were very good but the last two or three months their service has gone downhill really bad. They were at our house last month and we still have bugs in that and I tried to reschedule for them to come back out and they’re telling me that I have to wait till the end of this month before they can even come take care of the problem Very dissatisfied with them

Spoke with Julie; she was very informative gave me all the information I needed after doing my research of all pest control businesses in the area I’m happy to say I chose them!

Pestman Pest Control has been our service provider for almost 5 years. We are so grateful for their quality, promptness, monthly communications, easy payment portal, but mostly their awesome technicians. Ryan, was our technician today. He gave me a card with a cute "dad joke" on it. Sprayed inside and out, even in the garage, because it’s spider season, and we’ve seen a few. Great company and great people!!

I 100% recommend this company. They completely resolved the issue with the pests that I continued to have while using another company, and I noticed a difference after the first time they came out. Thank you, Todd, and your staff for the great service. Very happy that I found your company.
