Wonderful service. They are fast , responsive, reasonably priced. Their technician Dakota did a great job at our hotel property. This is my 4th company, I am using,who gave me good results.

I’ve been really impressed with Orkin in Waco, especially with our technician, Dakota. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable, just an all-around great guy to work with. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes the whole process easy. The branch also does a good job of getting someone out quickly when needed. My only concern is that around the holidays it can be hard to reach anyone, which is why I gave four stars instead of five. Overall, Dakota and the Waco team provide dependable service and I appreciate their work!

Orkin had always been great, very friendly and easy to work with. I had a tough, persistent issue that I thought was a lost cause. Dakota was the tech handling my issue. He refused to give up and really went above and beyond. After several appointments and some really innovative combat techniques, he got me squared away and no more problems! Highly recommend!!

Orkin sent out Mr Israel who was very pleasant and knowledgeable about his job. He came out did his job and even pointed out certain areas that I may want to seal up to keep rodents out of my home. His customer service was second to none.

I'm always weary about people being at my house when I'm not home just due to my wife/children being there and security, but my wife said that she had a very professional experience from our technician, Thomas. This is our initial service and the inspection by Ernesto beforehand was a good experience as well. So far so good with the 1stpest control company I have ever used!
