Do not use this company unless you’re okay paying for services that rarely happen. We’ve been customers for five years and most of the year passes without a single call or visit despite paying for quarterly services. Even when appointments are scheduled, the technicians simply don’t show. We had two appointments set up in the past week and no one showed with no call or explanation. When they do show up, the information is inconsistent and concerning. Different technicians have completely different rules about indoor spraying. Sometimes they say our pets must be out for hours, other times they claim it is perfectly safe to stay inside. For rodent issues, we have been told to "buy some traps" or they drop one or two glue traps and leave. The only reason we have not cancelled yet is the $250 cancellation fee, which feels outrageous given the severe lack of service. After five years of missed appointments and mixed messages, we are done.

Updated* 1.18. They replied below, and I have emailed them 2 times since with no response…. I am beyond frustrated with one of the two accounts, I manage with Hawx. My home account for regular on site spraying and pest control has been good. However, mice and rodent abatement at my grandmother’s house is another story, which Hawx had all sorts of very expensive suggested work. We opted for the 1500 plan which included abatement and cleanup. Instead of doing a full attic treatment which was well into the multiple thousands I suggested we just put some traps up there and they monitor if we get anything instead of blowing another $2000-$3000. We had the traps and blocking out work completed, and we opted to delay the cleanup service until after we cleared out some construction work happening in the house . However, I have not seen an email receipt at all and it’s been three months since being charged. I have called the office repeatedly to get someone to discuss where we are in the process and what next steps are. Even though I set this up for my grandmother, I had to have my grandmother add me to the account. The entire time when we first set this up, I was very clear that my grandmother had dementia, and I needed to handle all of the details. To date they’ve been out twice to clear traps, after only being called repeatedly to complain. They missed covering a huge hole in our garage that we discovered after they left. They also did not replace the garage strip as they mentioned was going to be a part of the $1500. I am still waiting for someone in this part of the business to return calls, they said only one person is assigned to handle this type of account. I also can’t a login because they’ve never given us any paperwork. There is no one to call on the weekends Either which is frustrating. So now I have to keep trying to call back Business hours, which cuts into my workdays. As I mentioned above, we opted to delay the cleanup part they have never followed up to schedule that. We’re still waiting for someone to follow up about the service. The rodent pest service needs overhaul. See the pictures the way they installed. Stuff really looks sloppy from the outside of the house now. And as you can see, there’s no new garage door strip like they promised they also glued a product to the floor versus replacing our door strip which looks horrible.
