Our new house was infested with mice and ants. The insulation in our attic had mouse tunnels with hundreds of fuzzy home wreckers living in them. The ants were so bad that they went into my houseplants. Newtown was out within a day to assess and then within a week an entire crew came out and did their thing. They sucked out all of the gross insulation, sanitized the attic and replaced it with more efficient insulation. They put grates around my house to prevent any further intrusions and got rid of our ants. That was 3 years ago and we still use them. We’ve had numerous guys come out to spray and check traps…every single one has been friendly, respectful and make sure we’re happy before leaving. They also take our 6 pets into consideration before treatments and reassure us that it’s not harmful to them. We highly recommend Newtown.

I am early on in my relationship with Newtown Termite and Pest Control but I have to say the experience has been very good. Ashland did a great job on our initial visit. I like her approach, not trying to rush out, takes time to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond. Shane, who has come out twice to inspect is also very knowledgeable and professional. We are getting some larger work done with them soon and I expect that will go very well.

Always timely with their service and wait for any questions that we might have. Also offer good suggestions on how to more effectively control any pests in between scheduled visits. The initial cost was high due to removal and replacement of insulation in the attic almost two-years ago. The bi-monthly maintenance visits have been very reasonable to address the initial problem with mice.

This company is undoubtedly one of the most professional, competent, and friendly organizations I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The office is incredible, and the service men who visit our home are amazingly skilled. We had a few mice a while back; they came out, and we have not seen one since. I highly recommend.

The technician, Ashland, was great. She was nice, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions. The star rating would be much higher if she was the person we had been dealing with from the beginning. All of our previous experiences with the company have been less than ideal leaving us unclear of what was going on and when they were actually coming out and what they were supposed to be doing. Hoping our experience with Ashland today will be the norm moving forward.

We are new to having our property treated, having spent so many years dealing with bugs and critters. So far, we are very happy with the service and company. We got to the point of being tired of seeing carpenter ants every year, along with bouts of mice, carpenter bees, wasps, and small ants appearing randomly. We had enough! It is now such a pleasure to seeing none of that! I don’t know why we waited so long! We plan on having Tim for all future treatments, he was our first tech and our favorite!
